Jay I try to spend credits on a program but nothing happens. I enter my username for the program and I put in the number of credits and then submit, but nothing. My input is just deleted and my credits in the bank stay the same.

what is the program / username / amount of credits you are trying to spend. I will log on as you and see if I can replicate the problem. Jay

I sometimes experience something that might be similer to that like credits that jump back on the spend screen. I used the browser internet explorer on that occasion, but pressing refresh always helped.
If you want to update your credits from 2 to 4 or something in that area try first putting back the program to 0 then put 4 in it, mostly you don't have to press refresh that way.
It looks like an cache problem on the browser side and im still figuring which options would terminate that problem.
Also i think the credits have allready been inserted but wont show up untill you give an refresh and then the page should be loaded from getref.com again instead of browser cache.

Hi Demalan, Ok the reason for this is as follows: Regular, (Non-gold) members can promote up to 5 programs at a time, you currently have 5, so when you try to spend credits on a 6th program, the system doesn't allow you to do it. Actually, after you try to add a 6th program, you can see in red at the top of the page an error message that says that regular members can only promote 5 programs at a time. The solution? Spend $6 and upgrade to gold, this allows you 10 programs instead of 5 (plus many other benefits). Thanks, Jay
