I agree completely with what you are saying. I only had 1 referral for my program, after I signed up for GetRef I have 42 referrals. I couldn't have got them any other way. Congrats on the referrals. Wish I could do the same.

The credits are added manually by Jay so this can take up to 12 hours for your account to be updated with credits and gold.

what do you do if you get declined but have clicked all links available to click on the site and have even advertised it for referals. I dont think it is fair.

Learn from your mistake and move on shame the scammer who declined you in here to warn other users. Also before you sign up to someones program check their user rating and feedback this will generally give you a good idea if the user is honest.

Build up first don't offer high amounts of credits and use good programs.

First check if it is not already on the list of programs if it is not then go to the request board and request it. Just be sure to read the rules on how to post your referral link the correct way.

Some people never read the dates.

I know there is a 72 Hour rule, but does this apply to when transactions are On Hold? Or only when they have actually submitted it?

the 72 hours begins after they request credits... going on hold doesnt count

You can stay on hold as long as you like the clock starts only when you request credit.
