Do you know that Jay works behind the design / scene? And you know why? Cause the design is secondary! The ones, that are here for longer time know that GetRef works well and it works well because Jay is working on the kernel primary. Beyond that, GetRef is not the admins life, he hasnt all day time for working on it. So please, inform yourself better in the future... Sorry, i don't know, maybe because the site didn't offer much information!!!!!!!!! I don't care if the site is admins life or not, but it's unacceptable that people have to go to the message board to ask for help! If Jay (whoever owns the site) don't have time to work on it, then I am sure he can hire someone else to do it. The site offers no customer contact information when you need help (please don't bother to tell me about the help link, the same crazy message ---please try again 6 hours later!---), that's terrible! Okay, i am done complaining (because i was super annoyed and upset last night trying to get help from the site, and can't find any!), but this site does need major fix for sure, and hopefully the creator will be able to something about it soon!

You can contact the admin everytime personally through getref@hotmail.com, so try it out! If GetRef becomes his MAIN business (where he can live from) then he definetly would put in MUCH more work into it, but atm its not as easy as you think!

I understand what you are saying, except his email was not listed anywhere on the site!!!!! If the info was available by easy access, then I wouldn't be complaining! I end up had to ask on the message board last night, which i think it's so unreasonable ! The site should be more user friendly , and maybe i am underestimating the works that required to make improvements, however, the sites does need some fix up, and maybe he should hire someone to do the job if he can't do it himself (i do understand he's probably super busy with other works, but there are other options). Right now i am not complaining, but just stating my opinions, sorry if my comments offense anyone, but i am just being honest (if you want to think i am arrogant, that's fine with me!)

Go to How To and then to How To Spend, there you will find his eMail adress. I also understand your opinions, but understand him also. The options are very limited.

They must join a program and recieve credit for it, then you will recieve the 2 credit bonus. This stops,to an extent, people creating fake accounts under themselves to get the bonus. You also earn 10% of the credits that they earn for every program they join. Jay please sticky this answer since the question seems to be asked every 2 weeks. sorry but i did not understand your answer... are you telling that new members should register and click in the site?How do you know that they have received credit?
