Hi All, and Hi Admin,
I have two problems:
1) Many times, when I post my username to an account that I just signed up, a HTTP 404 error page appears. The post is accepted, but I have to refresh my page for make sure that all works OK, and I'm still worried that the program MAY not accept the posted ID name (even if normally your program accept my ID even if the error page appears).
2) I got troubles when I try to spend my credits. E.G. I have 2 credits, and I wish to add 2 credits to a program that I previously made a spend request. If, for example, I have 4 credits on this program, and I try to add 2 credits by typing "6" in the number of credits, I get an error page that says that I haven't enough credits. It's impossible to add credits to a program that I previously made a spend request. I have to have, e.g. 7 credits to add another 2 credits on a program that already have 4 credits, and my credit go down to 5. I think this is a major bug in GetRef.com.
Admin, if you're reading this, please fix this bug ASAP, because I have to earn more credit, or spend my 2 credits in another program that haven't any "spent" credit on it.

The workaround for this is to first update the credits to 0. Then put whatever amount you want to into it. Jay

Hi Alex, Welcome to the board ;D Regarding your first problem, there could be a thousands of reasons, GetRef's problems included. As far as your ID is entered correctly, don't worry If it isn't just post here or PM Jay and I'm positive he would settle your transaction right. For the second one, it's the problem GetRef has from the day one I know Jay is aware of it as that was my first problem more than a year ago... but there were some reasons why it happens although I don't remember them any more some math problem I think connected to the methods credits quantity is valuated Nevertheless, don't worry... no need to wait or assign your credits to another program... there is a workarround for this bug ;D Just first nullify your credits to a program you are trying to add credits (set 0 and update). Then add ALL of your six credits... it works OK then, I've done it numerous times myself ;D Hope this helps, Ankica EDITED: Holly man Jay, we were typing at the same time and you were just a bit quicker as your post is shorter than mine

Yes, I discover the trick to put the earnings to 0 then adding credit few minutes after the post. But I don't edited the post because I think it's a math bug to, if possible, fix.
Best regards,
Alex
P.S. Right now I have 2 referrals request pending in the No-minimum.com program, but one posted a e-mail and another a username at the place of a number that this program give to its referrals. These members are cheaters? Must I refuse this members? Must you ban these cheaters? Or no-minimum has changed its referral ID method? (I don't think so, 2 days ago I was a referral and he posted a number).

Hi again Alex, I don't know about No-minimum.com and IDs they issue. But lately there are a lot of new members here that (IMHO) haven't read or don't understand the whole process here so there is a lot of empty user names. I usually trust people until proved guilty It happenes quite often to me in the last month or two... From the members figures I see they are new (as they have 1 or 2 or even 0 accepted). I would gladly accept some of them but will not until I don't know their user names in the program they joined... right now I have three of them. There is even one I see in the program as the same name has been used but I want accept that one as he/she never even logged at the program joined Usually, I left such transactions opened for at least a week. If nothing happens till then I just CANCEL the transaction. If the wrong user name is given and I can not verify in the progam who the person is I use REJECT (transaction is through and there is no cancelation). That's why my number of rejections increased lately. But it is still under 10% of all transactions I had If you don't want to reject a person, post it here or PM Jay... he could either contact the person or delete transaction manually without reflecting it on your figures. It would help if there are more members that join this board... they could be up-to-date about program and have all the help they wanted. Maybe it would be a good idea if Jay introduce some credits for joining the board Cheers, Ankica
