I'm not sure if this is the right place to do this but I have really good suggestion on a new way to earn credits. CPAlead is a great site where you get money for getting other people to complete surveys/offers. You can set up a virtual currency widget with CPAlead meaning that you can make it so that people can complete surveys and then the get GetRef credits depending on how much money you get for them completing the survey. You can make it so it is all automated. It may require I bit of coding, but I'm sure you could figure it out. I feel this would be a great benefit for the users for the site and for site it's self as it means that the site can earn more money and the users can have more credits. If you wish to investigate it any more you can (noreflinks) to go to the CPAlead site. There are tons of people there who can help you enquire further into it

If that happens, getref will be flooded with credits and the value of credits will dive. That's at least my take on it.

I am looking for a website either PTC or otherwise that wants to integrate more tightly into the GetRef credit system. I would need to talk to the owner though, or lead developer.

You can find them on the forums over there which you are granted access to after you sign up for the site. You can click (noreflinks) to sign up. On the forums there are tons experts who are willing to help people out. They also have there contact numbers on the side of the web page.
