Please give me suggestions as to how to make it less confusing, I'm always up for changing the site to make it better/less confusing.

Here are my suggestions for making GetRef easier to understand. I don't think most of these would be difficult to implement, but they would address some of the questions I see frequently in the forum.
1) Revalue the credits -- eliminate the 4th decimal place in credit figures entirely. Make the minimum on Earn by Clicking .01 credits.
2) Shorten the lists -- be more aggressive in eliminating scam programs, and remove all the defunct programs from the Spend Lists (put them on an archive page if necessary).
3) Relabel the "Cost per Referral" figure to "Minimum Offer" to be more accurate.
4) Allow removals from "Your Current Programs".
5) Combine "Gold" and "Buy Credits" under a "Purchases" tab.
6) Eliminate the "Contests Page" entirely. Eliminate voting on descriptions. Allow descriptions to be flagged for problems in the same way that links can be.
7) Make the Ticket Drawing weekly, with a small prize. Include right there an explanation of how tickets are won.
8) Begin a monthly contest based on referrals to GetRef, with Gold membership as prize.
9) Combine the FAQ and How-To sections into a single, easy to read document labeled "Rules". I can help with editing. Have these professionally translated into Spanish, French, Italian and German, and whatever the most common Indian written language is.
10) It would be nice to be able to sort the list of referrals by ratings and by last login.
11) Have the link just say MAIL or MESSAGES.
12) Most importantly, be really ruthless in banning known scammers. The lowlifes who prey on the new members are the biggest reason that we don't retain people, by far.
