Hi again Sorry I know I'm new here but I would like to express some disappointment already.
Again today I failed signed up to something because on the program, in order to be credited you must complete an offer.
First its a problem for me geographically. I'm in Thailand so most of these offers are not available for me.
Second - these offers are not cheap. I'm ok with one of them cause there is a webhosting company that luckily doesn't require me to get a dedicated or re-seller package to be admitted.
But what about other new members - the ones-not-having-thousands-of-dollars-to-spend- (just like the tutorial video said)? So we're just gonna get declined & have negative impression all the time?
This is totally unfair guys.

read my answer to your other post here: getref.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=Help&action=display&thread=14400to add i will say: it is earners responsibility to find out if program fits him and TOS of that program is not prohibiting his participation not all offers are expensive i believe there is free or 1 dollar ones and also there is one good practice you could use - contact promoter and inform about your intentions to join program and ask details about program - most of promoter will be more than willing to help this one of the reasons i so not do free offer sites because there little that are suitable for my region

Hi again,
I know I shouldn't click that friggin 'update' d'uh. Thanks so much for the advices. I will be careful next time.
But it still bothers me that there are people want to force people to buy something.
So there is this stupid newbie reading that he will earn big credit if he joins. The promoter doesn't say anything about this mandatory purchase of some 'fabulous' offer behind. So then he joined and turned out that he must pay, and if not he will be marked as scammer.
So who's the scammer? The moron who joins cause don't know about this trick of mandatory purchase behind or simply because he's stupid, or the promoter, who didn't mention anything about the obligation to buy something in the description?
That's how I think the 'declined = scammer' is not fair.

declined = scammer in most cases are true - because most of them does nothing at all
i decline like 50 persons in a week - sometimes more - depends on what programs i put for offer
if person is 0 rating and just left on hold - i try to contact if nothing - i just cancel transaction (only if i see him newly registered - i believe that was noobs mistake so do not want him have negative rating)
if i suspect that person on purpose did that - i open transaction and decline it - so he gets -1
those who updated it - some of them never joined other joined but never came back - they do that on purpose - so gets declined get negative rating and sooner or later gets banned
offers site are well paid for because it is hard to do and in forum is thread stating how to do it properly - as i said contact promoter first ..
and if promoter is scammer for not putting entire manual in description - i must be one of biggest scammers around - everyone state in descriptions most important things - and his requirements - there is limited number of symbols you know .. and i never have enough of them
