When someone signs up it no longer gives the name they used joining your program The last two sign-ups I had to approve as I did have a sign up that day but I couldn't check on the name. This is a very new problem in the last few days. Need a fix please ;D Thanks Jackie

Hi Jackie & Jay, SORRY!! #11558 was me! I clicked "Agree" but the link to the site (Ozloop) wouldn't open for me....then my computer froze. I didn't enter my username or click update, as I didn't think it would show up on your end yet. When I finally got back on, it was already approved!! Boy was I confused!! I didn't even remember joining! Then I tried logging in and realized that I hadn't joined. So I just went and signed up and entered your username (Gemima) in the referral space. Please confirm that I am showing up in your downline!! Thank you and sorry for the trouble!! Ashley (tigon) ;D

Hi Ashley
Thanks for joining and putting things right.
I have found I have to wait with the Get Ref page opened for ages as my problem is often that I don't get the verification email and have to cancel the transaction and try something else...causes a problem later of course as the site won't let you sign up again and don't reply to your emails to resend the validation.
Still it all very worth it as I have had some great sign-ups to my programs, so you have to put up with the odd problem (not Get Refs fault either) ;D
Well Jay problem solved, not another fix. ;D
Regards Jackie

I have just done the same as you Ashley. When I went to the site to sign up under "Timon" in Ayrs, Get Ref updated before I could put in my ID name. So my name "gemima" for the sign-up won't show either Jackie

Hey there, Not too sure what you guys are doing, but there is no script that automatically presses the Update button for you. You have to press it yourself, either by hitting the enter key or left mouse-clicking on the button. Looks like you guys may have figured it out though so maybe I'll stay out of it. I've tried it numerous times since you first reported it as a bug, and I haven't been able to reproduce any bizarre behavior. So I'll just assume this issue is closed. Jay

It happened with me that when I clicked the link it didn't open a new page but changed the Get Ref page to the sign up page of the link. After signing up I came back to Get Ref and the sign up had been accepted without me actually entering my ID number and clicking. Never happened before and didn't the next sign up I did. Weird Jackie

I hate to keep beating a dead horse here. But what you saying doesn't jive. There is no script to change the getref page if the link doesnt pop up in the next window, the only thing that could be happening is your browser is acting goofy, or some other clicked event is changing the page to a different page. When you go back to the GetRef page, the update button will be disabled again, but clicking on the link will re-activate the button. Jay

Probably my browser went goofy.
It only ever happened once out of all the sign-ups so don't worry. As I said above I will make note of it and email you if it ever happens again.
The fact Ashley and I both did something weird the same day was probably pure coincidence.
Don't worry any more. Thanks for caring. Jackie

Hi Jay, I just had this happen again...LOL Maybe it's just me!! For some reason computers like to do weird things on me! I was trying to join Acar-Cash, under one of the Getref members...I went to the site and entered my signup addy, and waited and waited, but the signup email was taking forever, so I checked and realized that Acar-Cash was down which is why I wasn't receiving my email...so I decided to just wait and go back to finish up later. I finally recieved my email, and signed up, then went back to my get ref area and to enter my username and click update, but the transaction had already been approved. Maybe my computer is just possessed or something!! LOL It's not a big deal to me...my credit was approved and I finished my signup so the member has their referral...but just thought I'd let you know that I managed to replicate it again...but I still don't know how!! LOL Thanks! Ash

Ok I see now, The buyer has the choice to approve the transaction anyways, even if you haven't finished the process. That has to be what happened in this case, the buyer saw your partially completed transaction, then approved it even though you hadn't completed it. Jay
