Hi What can I do ? User singed up under me in program (Wolfemails) and after my accept he canceled his account. I don't have him in my downline. Do I lost my credits ?

I'm looking to my second program and see that the same is with Cashdelight.

Hi rjbass, What you are commenting about, although frustrating, is the exact thing that actually allows GetRef to work.
If it wasn't for this tug-o-war of credit loss vs. fear of gaining a negative rating, people would likely take advantage of the system, and the system would die.
Although I like to think that most people are honest to begin with, the rating system helps enforce that by making everyone's transaction history readily visible, a good history means that people will more likely feel safe to join your program, knowing that you are likely to accept it if they actually do join it properly.
Of course the opposite of this is that a low history will mean that people will be more skeptical about joining your programs, because it would appear that you are more likely to decline a transaction even if they join the program properly.
I know I'm probably not telling you anything you don't already know, but to answer your concern, you need to do what you think is right. If you are basically a good user, in the long term your feedback will reflect a percentage of success that is similar (or better) than the average success rate (posted on the main page at the top right after logging in).
