Hello all,
I am confused about the no. on the ratings of users. The thing that confuses me is that ... Say you go to sign up for a program (earn a credit) and the person you are signing up under has a number of accept and a number of declines. And so you sign up. does this mean they can decline your sign up and you not get credit for signing up? but yet they still get you as a referral in their program?
Thanks for the replies Randy Rtea

Yes, they could do it, but then they'd get a negative point in their rating. I've been here for a while and I've never had someone decline me.
And of course, if someone did try that, there's nothing to stop you from just deleting your account so they lose you as a ref. ;D

Oh, ok it starting to make more sense now! That is where the negative's come in. Thanks R.

Oh, ok it starting to make more sense now! That is where the negative's come in. Thanks R. Yeah. The bigger problem (for me at least) seems to be ending up with negative ratings because I have to decline false requests. I'd think twice before joining under someone who has a negative overall rating, but as long as they've got mostly accepts, you shouldn't need to worry about trusting the crediter.
