too many variables
can i guess.?
user didnt see you in his/her downline.... user clicked wrong button
ok, more guessin n this is not knowing the user or your own stats
user wanted a more stable referal due to limited credits.. by stable i mean someone with a 'earning history'
personally, i think the people with higher ratings are going to be a bit more picky as to whom they want to spend their credits on...
as to what u do now, no clue... i think its stated here somewhere u can quit that program and retry another... i dont know how web masters go about that though..

the forum should be integrated with the getref system itself. meaning u register for the site your automatically on the board with the same name. that way when u login, you login to both... not just one or the other... i guess ya win some ya lose some.

I certainly hope not. I have a fairly high rating and the only thing I check is whether their name is in my downline at the moment I press the accept button. Declining someone who joins under you because you think that they have a low rating is just plain nasty.
