I have an issue. I was at work and my wife wanted to sign up and start building her downline on her programs. It wouldnt let her sign up. When I get home my account was shut off for cheating. I went through the FAQs again and see nothing of the sort talking about multiple users in the same household. Now my signups are waiting for me to validate. I cant access the $ I have invested. Finally you are ignoring my contacts. Here is the situation. I need my account activated again as I have broken not a single rule. You ignore my e-mails, my paypal contact, I have left a phone msg at your house, and now here. The next step is legal action for breech of contract. You let me know what direction you want to head Jason or Jay if you prefer. Thanks for your time mate and I hope we can get through this.

First of all, I don't appreciate being threatened. I haven't seen any posts of yours besides this one, and I certainly don't recall seeing an email from you regarding this issue.
The message regarding having one account per computer/household is right on the register screen when you first register for GetRef.
I don't have a problem re-activating your account if it was an honest mistake, but you should know that GetRef is a private club, as outlined in the TOS, and in those TOS you will read that I reserve the right to ban any user from GetRef should I so desire.
Unless you left a phone message today, I haven't recieved any message from you.
I will look into your account and why it was banned, and should post something here for you soon.

Ok I re-enabled your account even though you were in violation of the TOS agreement that you agreed to when joining. You can re-read the agreement here www.getref.com/tos.txtThe section that concerns this issue is outlined the statement Thanks, Jay
