Hi, I am trying to spend my 50 credits but every time I hit the update key I get sent to and Error page. If I cannot spend my credits this site cannot help me market. Please let me know how I can fix this. Thanks in advance! ;D 3pete

I have found that when an error page pops up, if I log out then log back in everything works. This usually happens when I have been logged in for a while but inactive. renderud

Hi there, The most common cause of this is cookies not being allowed by your browser. Are you using AOL? Can you please tell me exactly what the error says? Also, if you do like renderud suggests, log out, close your browser, and then log back in, try that and let me know the results. Jay

The error is 'cannot disply page' HTTP 500 internal server error.
I do not use AOL.
I tried all the tips but nothing seems to be working.
I will check back and see if you have any directions for me.

Tell me what program are you trying to spend credits on, how many credits are you trying to spend, and what is your user name (for that program only, not GetRef)
Also, please check your cookie settings and make sure it is set to accept all cookies.

I logged in as you, did a test spend on aboutclicks.com, and then took the credits back out. Its working perfectly for me.
If you just tell me what program you want the credits spent on, how many credits, and the user name that completes your referral link, Ill set it up for you if you want.
Jay (Im convinced this is a cookie problem, your browser is rejecting all cookies for some reason)
