One more suggestion.
Can we implement a punish mechanism as below or something like that:
Disable those user with 5 ban forever Disable those user with 4 ban for 1 month Disable those user with 3 ban for 2 weeks and so on
otherwise, merely ban a user can't punish a falsely claimed signup.

I think that's a little strong. I can get five friends to ban you and you get the boot forever?

Just a suggestion and may not be so strict as to disable a 5 banned user.
I suppose the gold members are all mature and honest as they have spent money to became "gold", they should not do something to make the ban user system seems unless.
Besides, the un-Enforce minimum makes me hardly to get a new referral.

I was thinking about setting the minimum earn rating down to 2 instead of 5. Any thoughts? Jay

Um.. Anything is possible, but it would require many changes, and I am not sure the time it would take to do would be worth the results. Jay

Actually, I am quite frustrated by those falsely claimed and never clicked users. 4 out of 11 is falsely claimed and 3 is never clicked user since I purchased credits on 31 July. What can I do beside banned them?
