Hi all, There has been a lot of talk on this message board as to declines, and it seemed to me that maybe a small percentage of declines was being made to look like it was a much bigger problem than what it is. Looks like the numbers prove that declines are only a very small percentage of the problem. Less than 8% of all transactions are declined (this does not include cancels, which do not effect your user rating). An overwhelming 92% of transactions are accepted. I thought that everyone might like a little reassurance that GetRef is working exactly as it was meant to work, what seems to happen is that when a decline happens, people tend to focus all of their energy on it, but forget about the 15 good transactions that they had. Thanks again for all your support, Jay

I agree Jay.
I have only declined when someone never joined, I think 3 times in all. Of the ones who have joined my programs 40 % are excellent active members and those are far better odds than I have got any other way that I have tried ;D
I also now find as I am getting to know people I can accept a lot of signups without even checking.
